These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pluto Hunt ("Hunt," "we," "us," or "our") websites, products, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services
Hunt is product research software. It shows topic, product, TikTok Shop, traffic, and keyword data, plus calculators. Features may change as we improve the product. Some features may be free; others may require a paid plan.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
Data providers
The Services query third parties for research data. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms. Results depend on what those providers return. We do not guarantee that a number will match another dashboard.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in the product. Unless stated otherwise, plans renew monthly until you cancel. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Services or attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with other users or our infrastructure
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Reverse engineer or resell the Services except as allowed by law
Intellectual property
Hunt and its logos, software, and content remain our property (or our licensors'). You keep ownership of your account data. You grant us a limited license to process that data to run the Services for you.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is." Research figures depend on the data we receive from providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hunt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will revise the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
